This Privacy Policy explains how anlwebs GmbH processes personal data when you visit our websites anlwebs.com, anlwebs.ch, anlikerwebsolutions.com or anlikerwebsolutions.ch (each and together the “Website”) or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP/revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process

Server log data: when you visit the Website, our hosting provider automatically records data such as IP address, date and time, browser type, operating system and the pages requested.
Contact-form data: the data you enter, such as name, email address, and the content of your message.
Correspondence: the content of emails and other communication you send us.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process this data to:

operate, secure and maintain the Website (server logs);
respond to your enquiries and prepare or perform a contract (contact form, email);
comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).

Under the revFADP we may process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the Website and communicating with interested parties, and to take steps prior to or within a contract. Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual / contractual), (f) (legitimate interest) and (c) (legal obligation).

4. Hosting and processors

We use the following providers, each bound by a data-processing agreement and, for transfers abroad, EU Standard Contractual Clauses:

Website content may be delivered via a content delivery network (CDN) and emails may be sent from the anlwebs.net domain; in each case the data is processed by the providers listed above.

We share personal data with third parties only where necessary to provide our services, where you have consented, or where we are legally required to do so.

5. Cookies and analytics

Information on cookies and any analytics used is set out in our Cookie Notice.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. statutory retention periods for business records). Contact enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted once they are no longer needed.

7. International transfers

If data is transferred to a country without an adequate level of data protection, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by law.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability regarding your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 1.

9. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure. Email is transmitted over the internet and cannot be guaranteed to be fully secure or delivered.

10. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version on the Website applies.
